Deputies responded to the 13100 block of Hepplewhite Circle around 12:15 p.m. on March 1 after there were reports of multiple gunshots and two vehicles fleeing the area.

At that point, Randolph came out of the house with a handgun. Tinsley took off on foot, and Randolph fired multiple shots, investigators said. No one was injured in the shooting.
Randolph was charged with:
- First-degree assault;
- Reckless endangerment;
- Firearm use in a felony violent crime;
- Handgun on a person;
- Possession of a loaded handgun.
Tinsley-Jiggetts was arrested separately and charged with:
- Second-degree assault;
- Stalking;
- Telephone misuse;
- Harassment;
- False imprisonment.
Randolph remains held without bond at the Washington County Detention Center.
